[O] org-edit-special is available to other buffers

Hi,

I asked about this a while ago on this list, but no one seemed interested.  So I've gone ahead and implemented this myself.

This allows you to define beginning/ending regexps with corresponding language, and edit the region in between just like org-edit-special.  Currently, I use it for HTML/css/_javascript_/rails.

Any comments/bug reports welcome.
