It looks like org-babel-octave-eoe-output and org-babel-octave-eoe-indicator 
were swapped around in org-babel-octave-evaluate-session .

I have the following in dot emacs

(setq org-babel-octave-eoe-output "
ans =

org_babel_eoe

")
