Hi!

I am using

Windows 7
Org-mode version 7.9.2 (release_7.9.2-608-g6d01be
GNU Emacs 24.2.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7601) of 2012-08-29 on MARVIN
Libreoffice 3.6.1.2

Exporting works ok for me, contnet.xml is included:
