[O] Simple quote becomes double in LaTeX export

Hello,

With a text in French, and Babel present in my list of LaTeX classes,
the following title gets its simple quote converted to a double one:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
#+TITLE:     Notes sur l'/elevator pitch/
#+LANGUAGE:  fr

* Objectif

Ceci est l'objectif...
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

gives:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
% ...

\title{Notes sur l\fg{}\emph{elevator pitch}}
