[O] org-agenda-redo: a feature or a bug?

Hello,

here's an excerpt from org-agenda.el:

(org-defkey org-agenda-mode-map "r" 'org-agenda-redo)
(org-defkey org-agenda-mode-map "g" (lambda () (interactive)
(org-agenda-redo t)))

And here from the manual:

10.5 Commands in the agenda buffer
==================================

[...]

`g (`org-agenda-redo')'
     Same as `r'.

So... really the same? (But see below.)

And here again from org-agenda.el:

(defun org-agenda-redo (&optional all)
"Rebuild possibly ALL agenda view(s) in the current buffer."
  [...])

However, the `all' argument seems not to be used anywhere except for
two places, where it is (unless (eq all t) ...) (two times). It seems
to me that unless the (undocumented)
`org-agenda-overriding-cmd-arguments' variable somehow influences the
redoing of one or all views (and it seems not to), there is a bug.

WDYT?
