[O] Make org-open-at-point always open pdf files outside emacs

Hi,
When using org-open-at-point to open this link Probabilistic Database Summarization for Interactive Data Exploration , it opens the pdf file inside emacs. I've set org-file-apps like this ,

INS DEL Cons-cell:
            Choice: Value Menu Extension: \.pdf\'
            Choice: Value Menu Command: zathura %s

But it doesn't work.
