Actually I'd be surprised if `describe-syntax' gets used more than about 5
times a year by the entire combined emacs community... :=)

Anyway, how about `C-h C-s' for describe-symbol?  That's currently unused,
and personally I find it much easier to type `Control-FOO Control-BAR' than
`Control-FOO BAR' (since you can just keep your pinky on the control key).
But I agree that using `s' for describe-syntax seems like a waste...
