It seems that copy-file does not keep time although KEEP-TIME is t when
one copies a file from the local computer to a remote one using Emacs
Tramp from today's CVS.
I have seen this error with Emacs on a GNU/Linux system and the remote
machine running GNU/Linux, as well as with Emacs on a Windows system and
the remote machine running GNU/Linux.
