Re: default coding system when saving

There are two ways.

(1) While the minibuffer is active, you can switch to the
    original bufer by C-x o.  This time the point is surely
    on the first problematic character.

(2) Even after you type C-g, the *Warning* buffer is still
    shown.  If you click mouse-2 on the problematic
    characters (usually then have underline) in the
    *Warning* buffer, the cursor move to that character in
    the original buffer.
