`customize-group' completions

In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.80 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)

Hi!

`customize-group' completes on symbols with the `custom-loads'
property.

I think this is confusing, because if you select one of the
`custom-loads' completions (as opposed to the `custom-group'
property), you get an empty and useless customization buffer.

For a demonstration turn on `icomplete-mode' and type:

   M-x customize-group RET ido

This offers both "ido" and "ido-mode" -- only the "ido" completion is
useful.
