Yup - the pxref now formats quite nicely in the menu entry:

* Pure Calling::  How the calling convention differs
                    in a pure parser (see A Pure (Reentrant)
                    Parser.).

I did notice that if I jump to a node with a menu (like 'dir'),
point ends up at the bottom of the buffer, rather than the top.
Not sure if this is a side-effect of your patch though.
