    Is this a simple change or a major transformation?

    % awk -F ';' '{print $2}' <UnicodeData.txt >CharName.txt

    It changes this kind of lines:
            0020;SPACE;Zs;0;WS;;;;;N;;;;;
    to
            SPACE

That's a transformation.  What I think the license would not permit
would be the editing of one line (say).
