I committed the change.  But I unwittingly changed:

\def\texinfoversion{2002-06-04.06}

to:

\def\texinfoversion{2003-10-06.16}

I do not know whether this should have happened, since I _only_
changed the arch tagline.  But each time I write the old version
number back in and then save the file, the version time
gets automatically updated to the current time.  How did you manage to
add the arch tag without creating a "new texinfo version"?  (I do not
know whether the new version number is a problem or whether it is
actually supposed to happen, no matter how trivial the change.)
