Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I installed "auctex 11.14" and "preview latex 0.78" and loaded circ.tex
for test.

The previews are buildt correctly.

When I move down with the cursor, emacs hangs in line 76.

Must be a bug--it works under Linux.

It was a fresh emacs-installation on WinXP.
