new style Emacs compile v0.10

This is a reimplementation of error locating in Emacs `compile'. The full
comment is at the beginning of the downloadable

http://dapfy.bei.t-online.de/compile.el

One experimental feature is `compilation-message-face' which can permanently
highlight any found message. This is sort of the opposite of mouse-highlight,
because in Emacs you don't notice hyperlinks unless the mouse is over them.
I'm not sure if this is the right way to do it. A better way might be a
general non-mouse-highlight, a face auto-prepended when the mouse is not over
some text with a mouse-highlight property.

The reworked internal data-stucture is now well(?) described, and next-error
should be complete.

All compilations start with an "Entering directory" message, so you can save
them to anywhere and they will still work when reloaded.

Grep buffers now come in new grep-mode, and will also be in grep-mode after
saving and reloading.

coralament / best Grötens / liebe Grüße / best regards / elkorajn salutojn
