Thank you.  Unfortunately, even in docstrings one can introduce bugs. 
"\" is used instead of "\\" in bulgarian-bds input method.  A patch is 
attached.  In addition, the following (mostly cosmetic) changes are made:

* "Bulgarian" is capitalized.
* Added that some bulgarian keyboards differ in interpretation of two 
keys (\| and `~) and that this input method follows XKB in handling them.
* One letter in keyboard map that's in the comment after docstring is 
upppercased.
* First keyboard row is formatted like the rest of the keyboard rows.
* Removed comment that section character is not in XKB (because it is).

I think there will be no more changes for bulgarian-phonetic and 
bulgarian-bds.
