Could you restore my code for listing Unicode data in `describe-char'
or wherever it was called from? I never agreed with the rationale for
disabling, but the licence for the data file it uses has changed
recently to something clearly free:

(I'm not suggesting the data file should actually be shipped with
Emacs as it's large and of limited interest.)
