The Emacs Info node "Paragraphs" states the following:
For example, in Fundamental mode, `paragraph-start' is
`"[ \t\n\f]"', and `paragraph-separate' is `"[ \t\f]*$"'.
But paragraphs.el defines paragraph-separate as "\f\\|[ \t]*$"
Also, the same node states that
In Fundamental mode, but not in Text mode, an indented line also
starts a new paragraph.
This statement is also not true. The regexp does not recognise
indentation as starting paragraphs, only blank lines.
This is with CVS Carbon Emacs:
