occur's docstring says:
Each line is displayed with NLINES lines before and after, or -NLINES
before if NLINES is negative.
But occur-engine does not pay attention to negative NLINES.
In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
