BTW, what was the rationale for the following change?

* puresize.h (BASE_PURESIZE): Increase to 9/5.
The commantary is wrong -- the change was to PURESIZE_RATIO,
not BASE_PURESIZE (the ratio used to be 8/5)?
This number is an estimate of how much bigger the "pure" data
will get if a Lisp_Object is 8 bytes. If everything were
Lisp objects, this number would be 2, but since there are also
strings, it is less than 2.
