After updating Emacs from CVS today, Gnus will no longer start. It prompts:
"Convert gnus from version 'Gnus v5.11' to 'Gnus v5.11'? (n/y/?)"
If I answer y, then it complains:
gnus-convert-old-newsrc: Symbol's function definition is void:
gnus-agent-unlist-expire-days
If I answer n, then it complains:
gnus-convert-old-newsrc: Can not start gnus without converting
It appears that the last change to gnus-start.el has code for converting
files to "No Gnus 0.2". I don't know whether that small bit of code was
added to the 5.10 branch by mistake along with other changes, or if the
whole changeset was applied to the wrong branch.
