Yes, it would. It's not trivial to detect, though. Let's see... if
`nnml-server-opened' and `nnfolder-server-opened' both are true at
some point, and both use the same directory, then a warning could be
displayed.
Perhaps the right place would be after scanning for new news. I've
now done this in the development Gnus, and we'll see how that goes...
