Recently, some bugs in line-move have been fixed. as we all know, it
is impossible to fix bugs in line-move without creating other bugs.
here is one. It is probably worse than the ones that have been fixed,
because it is ubiquitous in Info.
Do `emacs -q'.
C-h i m emacs RET. C-n C-n C-n C-n ...
