Re: <options> <cua-mode> + <options> <save> doesn't save cua-mode

I see similar (incomplete) behaviour for other Options as well --
in fact all the options defined with menu-bar-make-mm-toggle.

Those options are not set through a "customize aware" method.

I don't know how to fix that (and haven't time to find out).
