I can't see that anything changed. Load a binary file, put the cursor on the
first screen column where there is such a glyph, and which is not at BOL and
do C-0 C-l: The whole window gets the face, not just the special glyphs.
Interestingly, while it is in this bug, if I position the cursor anywhere with
mouse-1, and as long as I press, the wrong display only occurs upto the new
point.
