While talking about these things, I'd like to suggest that also the
optional argument keep-time of copy-file could be renamed to
something more mnemonic like `preserve'.

It appears that once this arg handled only the modification date.
Only in some later version of emacs the file modes have been put
under the control of this option, too.

Obviously, renaming this arg in the docstring of this function does
not break existing code.
