Subject: Undo discard prompt (was: [T. V. Raman] read-only modes should be using buffer-disable-undo?)

Agreed visavis that dialog --- was planning to right myself a private
piece of advice to disable that annoyance, though getting it out of
the way by default would be much better for all users in my
opinion. The only virtue of that dialog box is that it did help us
spot where emacs was GC-ing perhaps unnecessarily.
Incidentally, Info-mode might be another canditate for temporarily
disabling undo.
