    If C-g fails to do anything useful, it's a bug in Emacs, so discussing it on
    the ECB mailing list rather than on emacs-devel seems silly.

It could be a bug in ECB or a bug in Emacs.  When they debug it,
they will see which.  Then if it's a bug in Emacs, they can
tell us how to reproduce it, and we can debug it.
