emacs -Q
M-x set-variable RET debug-on-error RET t
C-h k
C-x
[wait for about 1 second for the minibuffer echo to show up]
TAB
---> Debugger entered--Lisp error: (args-out-of-range "C-x tab" 0 14)
  call-interactively(describe-key)

Waiting for the minibuffer echo is crucial for this to show up; otherwise
describe-key shows the binding for C-x TAB correctly.
