Ah, I wasn't aware of this. Sorry. In help buffers, I just click on
things that visually invite me to do so. I didn't expect this would
work on any word.

The patch didn't apply cleanly against CVS head, so I applied it
manually. It does give me a working back button, though. And it
gives me a visual indication in the debuggers function list inviting
me to click a function.
