Thanks, but much more useful than a backtrace is a precise recipe of
how to reproduce the problem for a vanilla emacs...

... eg I don't know what "fancy calendar rendering" means. I can
*guess* what it means, but that's not the same.
If problems still occur with the latest CVS (some changes made),
please send such a recipe. Thanks for the report.
