debug.el patch attached

I do not have a test case where this causes problem, but I believe
this missing "%s" after message is wrong.  The patch is against the
debug.el currently in cvs.  Can you apply thid patch if it looks
reasonable?  Patch is attached. 


Would have applied myself, but can't build the latest cvs to test it
before applying.  (ref: accompanying bug report).
