    I'm taken aback that you'd think that.

Several of the things you've said about Unicode in this discussion
seemed to presume that one Unicode has stated its decision, we
cannot doubt or question that decision.  I responded by explicitly
identifying this meaning of "authority" and saying we did not
recognize standards as "authorities" in this sense.

I also said we did recognize Unicode being worth listening to,
and not just in my last message.
