Is this intentional? As the discussion on emacs-devel has shown the
blinking cursor is extremely annoying for a lot of people (myself
included).
May I disable the blinking cursor for -Q again?
How about adding an X resource for this?
xterm has "cursorBlink", Emacs could use the same name ...
