I use it all the time, since I find the Windows defaults (need to
click on a window to get focus, but that also raises the window)
terribly wrong.
Btw, in Windows 2K and XP IIRC there's no such feature in TweakUI,
only a registry setting that gets you this behavior. (If someone
wants to google for it, look for "active window tracking", since MS
apparently didn't hear about "focus follows mouse".)
