The documentation of select-frame doesn't explain what the optional
argument 'no-enter' is for.
It is not meant for users to use, so it doesn't need to be documented.
Unless I am overlooking something, it does not appear to be used at all.
The same applies to the no_enter argument to Fhandle_switch_frame.
Is this just a no-op argument for backward compatibility with old
calls that used an argument? Or is it used somewhere dynamically from
Lisp code? I believe that either a short mention in the two
docstrings, or maybe just a comment in frame.c could be helpful.
Sincerely,
Luc.
