Exim seems to do in certain circumstances, Postfix however does
not (see this mail, see also

There seem to be no recommendations as to at what point the
header is best added, but given that RFC 2822 specifies that it
MUST (RFC capitalisation) be added when From does not contain
only the local user/user's mailbox, it seems to me that it is
sensible to try to add it as early as possible.
