nt/INSTALL missing essential information about whitespace in directory n

Subject: nt/INSTALL missing essential information about whitespace in directory names

I struggled for hours building CVS version. Apparently, arguments to cp (..etc)  are not in general quoted in the
presence of sh. Therefore, the build wil break if the directory path containing emacs sources includes a name
with spaces.

This should perhaps be prominently explained in nt/INSTALL ? Just a sentence...

My steps (FYI), from within cygwin shell:

- install mingw make, 3.80.0-3, change ming32-make.exe in c:/mingw/bin to make.exe
- install mingw-4.1
- export PATH=/cygdrive/c/mingw/bin/:$PATH
- follow instructions..

Could such a minimal recipe also be included, please? The easier it is to set up, the more beta tester you'll get!

This is particularly important, because all the public information available seems to be very confused.

/Nils
