Now the non-working mouse scenario:
1. open file (C-x C-f foo)
2. edit file but do not save (f o o)
3 try to quit (down-mouse-1 in window upper right corner)
emacs will now ask you what to do.
I can get that far.
4. press mouse-1 on "Quit"
There is no "Quit" in the dialog box that I get.
(I changed the text used here, a few months ago.)
In GNU Emacs 22.0.50.1 <http://22.0.50.1/> (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2005-05-24 on W2ONE
Perhaps your executable is too old to have that change.
