We already have Windows icons (Andrew sent them in his mail).  But I
was unsure whether there was an agreement to replace the current gnu
icon with the new one, so I asked people to speak up their minds.

Out of curiosity, what command line and on what platform did you use
to convert PNG to .ico files?
