Is this comment in ffap.el correct?

I'm behind a firewall, so I cannot get to the ftp site to check the
differences from the version that comes with Emacs. But it seems
incorrect that Emacs 22 would include a file that works only with
Emacs 20. Also, the Emacs 22 version is definitely different from both
the Emacs 20 version and the Emacs 21 version. So, I suspect that the
comment is incorrect.
In GNU Emacs 22.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
