To see whether the DST issue is to blame, look at the time stamps
recorded in CVS/Entries and compare them with what DIR or ls show you,
for files you _know_ were not touched neither by you nor by anyone
else (ChangeLog will help here) since before DST start.  The
difference between these two will tell you if your CVS client has the
same problem as mine (I'm not really sure there is any CVS port that
resolves this correctly, but maybe there is).
