No documentation for safe-local-eval-forms ?

The lisp reference does not mention safe-local-eval-forms
in relation to file local variables.

It is mentioned in lisp ref anti-news (is this info up-to-date?):

File local variables can now specify a string with text properties.
Since arbitrary Lisp expressions can be embedded in text properties,
this can provide you with a great deal of flexibility and power.  On
the other hand, @code{safe-local-eval-forms} and the
@code{safe-local-eval-function} function property have no special
meaning.


It is mentioned in the emacs manual though.
