c-subword-mode movement commands are not supported by CUA

The c-subword-mode movement commands (c-forward-subword and c-backward-subword) 
are not supported
correctly in cua-mode.   Please add the following code to Emacs:

(put 'c-forward-subword 'CUA 'move)
(put 'c-backward-subword 'CUA 'move)
