custom-guess-name-alist should include ("-flag\\'" boolean)

custom-guess-name-alist should include ("-flag\\'" boolean). On
emacs-devel, the recommendation is repeatedly given that boolean user
options should end in "-flag" (not "-p", which is for internal
variables).  Either this recommendation should be dropped or
custom-guess-name-alist should reflect it.
