Just curious if Fran's frame-positioning fixes ever made it into Emacs. (I'm
still on a 2006-03-20 version.)

    FYI, I mailed the papers about a week ago, so the FSF should
    have them by now.

    RMS has asked me to request copyright assignment papers for this
    patch. As soon as I get them, I'll sign them and send them to the FSF.
    I think he intends to apply the patch.
