Hello in Hungarian

Hi,

this is not really a bug, but previously I was told some times that I
should send such "ideas" to this address. If I am wrong, please let me
know!

So:

I would like to ask you to add "Hello" to the file (expand-file-name
"HELLO" data-directory) in Hungarian as well. It should look like
this:

Szép jó napot!

(The first is 0xE9 = LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH ACUTE; the second is
0xF3 = LATIN SMALL LETTER O WITH ACUTE in 8859-1, according to
http://trillian.mit.edu/~jc/sh/ISO8859-1.txt)
