It's a pointer.I can't reproduce the problem, and the line numbers in your stack traces are slightly out from what I have in a clean CVS checkout. But IIUC, what appears to be happening is that Windows is taking more than one second to tell us that the user has selected a command from the menu after telling us that the menu has been closed. We already have a hack in the code to keep the menu for a second, because we know that Windows tells us these things in the wrong order, but how long should we wait?
