Emacs manual node Killing should explain kill-ring and mention "cut"

Subject: Emacs manual node Killing should explain kill-ring and mention "cut"

`i' in the manual takes you to node Earlier Kills, which occurs much
later than the explanation of killing vs deleting. But the notion of a
kill ring or at least some sort of clipboard is central to the notion
of killing, as opposed to deleting.

Node Killing should also mention that "kill" is similar to what is
sometimes called "cut". It's important that people understand what
killing text is all about in this node - and that means 1)
introducing the notion of saving the killed text somewhere and 2) the
link to their understanding of "cut" in other apps.
