    After reboot Emacs works with that font perfectly, it only starts
    breaking after some days of use.  Well, I think the bug is neither in
    the font nor in Emacs.

Can you get the help of an X expert to debug this?  It could be a bug
in Emacs, or it could be a bug in the X server.
